OAGIS Phone Support Service is a very popular service to our constituency, who can order small blocks of time to get your project over technical questions, etc. they may have.  It is like having your own OAGIS expert at your fingertips to help you get the job done. We highly recommend at least 2 hours of support when starting out with OAGIS. This will get your effort turbo charged and ensure maximum ROI in using OAGIS for your e-Business and Application Integration projects.

 

The Phone Support Service entitles you to phone support with an OAGIS Architect. The OAGIS Architect can give support help, technical tips and even develop applications for you. OAGI member rates start at 2 hours for US $150 per hour and US $200 per hour for non-members. Calls are based on the actual minutes used, not "per incident," with a five minute minimum. Time used includes any off-phone time needed for research and written responses to problems.
